Interview
One on One with the manager, about 20 minutes just the usual talk about what I'm looking to get out of the job and everything like that etc, etc, etc, etc
There was an application, a group activity and role play where you had to describe items from the catalogue and then if successful there was a competency interview with a manager.
General questions were asking and the interview was quite informal.

Friendly and relaxed. Questions relevant to role. Asked about skills and experience. Discussed working pattern and availability. Discussed all roles available for Seasonal work and overtime
Invited for second interview.
