It was a open interview at their HR cafe referred to me by an employee that currently worked there. I previously had been a barista at my job before this one so my love drinks had grown

The interview process was very fast and easy. Its very laidback like you are talking to an old friend. its not serious at all. It was one of the easiest intreviews I have ever done in my life and at that point I had about 6 different jobs.
Two round interview, fairly simple and not too challenging. They later put you through a 2 week orientation where you need to learn about the multiple types of teas offered there.
