Ardem interview questions

Good Company to start with to get working experience and the downside of the company that you are not learning anything just do the same thing for hours. It is a kind of BPO company

Hiring agency reached out to me because I seemed like a good match for the position at Ardem. Went in for an interview with the hiring agency, which went well. Had a phone interview with the VP at Ardem and she wanted me to come in for an in-person interview. The first interview went so well she wanted me to come back in for a second interview a week later. A week goes by I'm preparing for the second interview when I get a call from the hiring agency TWO hours before the interview saying they had to cancel because they moved on with someone else. I found this very rude and unprofessional. At that point, I might as well just come in anyways and break the bad news to me the next day. This is a family-owned company so most of the higher-ups are family. Besides the sudden cancellation, the VP was very nice and friendly.
