I had an initial phone interview with a recruiter in Pittsburgh. She was friendly and we connected well. Then I was set up for an in-person interview at the Lancaster facility. The interview was 2.5 hours with a plant tour. The plant was very large and I didn't see many people actually working during the tour. The plant has a heavy emphasis on safety. Overall the plant and offices were dumpy--the plant was dirty and the offices were outdated. I interviewed with 4 people total. They interviewed me in pairs. Everyone was very formal and not very friendly. At the end of the interview, they just kind of pointed me toward the exit and I was left to walk across the building and parking lot alone to the security shack. I didn't feel connected to the interviewers and didn't come out of the interview with a positive feeling.
