Do not apply if you are BAME. The experience is negative in every regard. Arrived after a 4 hour train journey from London, wet, hungry and thirsty to be thrown into an interview where your answers were invalid if you had offered alternative suggestions.

Very friendly and well prepared by my host. Site tour was amazing and the area was beautiful. Although this was for 3 months role, I meet up with the managing director as the interview progressed. The effort to ensure that candidates experience of the company was great and I felt really valued by the preparation.
