Unlike most interviews, this interview was fun. It was cordial and engaging and the person was keen to know about me and my views on certain matters instead of just industry knowledge.
There were two rounds of interviews. Most questions were manageable, no cliche questions like what are your weaknesses. The second interview was more like a chat for me to better understand the company. I had an offer shortly after I finished the second round, which was very efficient.
