During the 2+ month process, there was little to no communication from the "recruiter." And what I did receive was only AFTER I sent in emails. Her responses were cryptic and uninformative. Everything was, "let me check with the hiring manager." What good is that if yo can't even answer basic questions like, "what is my status?? "When will you make a decision?"
Hiring manager asked 1 question during the 30 min interview... tell me about your experience. She didn't ask other questions, didn't seem to know how to perform an interview. Even when I paused to let her speak, she didn't really know what to say or ask.
Team interviews were with lower level employees who don't make good interview panelists. They didn't know how to ask proper probing questions regarding experience, what I can bring to the team, etc.
I am still waiting to hear an update on my candidacy but suspect they have no clue what to do. I'd approach this company with skepticism. Not impressed with the candidate experience thus far. Even I get an offer, I would decline based on this experience. It tells me a lot about how they operate!
