Interview
The owner spent more time talking about herself and how she was such an advocate of women in the workforce. She is threatened by other intelligent women. The job was dependent on a contract coming through, so there was not a set start date.

Question 1
Basic questions about prior writing jobs. Experience with proposals and graphics. The company had some of the ugliest graphics I ever saw. The concept of restraint and color themes was an alien concept.
