After a phone screen with the HR, I met the hiring manager on-site. Following questions were asked during the in-person interview: Why Arch Chemicals? What related experience you have for the position? What will you bring to the table? The interview lasted for ~25 minutes and the hiring manager gave a very positive feedback and said will get back within two weeks. I sent a Thank you email the next day and got a prompt reply from Hiring manager. Never heard back from the HR or the hiring manager!
