Well structured interview. Started with personal introduction, then went to competence based questions and technical questions at the end. An opportunity to ask questions was also given. Overall the interview atmosphere was great

Interview
Fairly thorough but pretty cold interview process, lacking fluidity but quite robotic. The company is elite in it's staff competence level but lacks warmth and openness it's culture. Decent salary and exposure to high level of experience with peers.
