Multiple rounds interview (HR phone screening, technical screening video interview) and a home assignment. The job description stated they are looking also for beginners so I tried it even though I had little experience with their chosen technologies. They did not provide any constructive critisism or regular feedback just a rather harsh rejection mail berating my technical skills. It was pretty much a 5-6 hours long time waste.
