Cover letter and Resume submittal, Interview, you interview with hr and dispatch manager, the biggest thing is they want to pay 15 an hr which is 5 an hr lower than national average. They have the feel of a cheap company and not a really good company to work for. They also seemed to lack a lot of benefits.
