It was a group interview. Even though I was about 15 minutes late (and I wasn't the only one!) I was still allowed to get inside a room full of people (there weren't even enough chairs for twenty people). The interviewer asked us to introduce ourselves first saying 1. our name 2. one interesting fact about ourselves 3. what experience we have and 4. how we heard about arc. Then half of us were given papers with a question on them and worked in pars: one person would ask the question and the other would answer. I got to answer the question. Then there was a slide presentation telling us more about the agency and its customers. Then the interviewer showed us how to hold three plates at once and then how to clear a table. We all had a turn. Finally, we were taken a picture.
