Got in touch via a referral. Spoke to the CEO and founder and they both interviewed me. Questions were simple, explaining what the company does and what they need to improve and where I could help. Small but dedicated team. Role was to improve their cold call success ratio but then later got modified to a lot more things, including spearheading the website design plus helping on field with their events.
