Ask simple behavior questions, made small conversations to get a feel for your social skills and asked for any type of prior sales experience. However the interview was a little unprofessional, the team lead who asked me the questions was in the middle of a road trip with some of his family around.

Interviewed and hired me. I am like interested in being hired so they hired me because now they knew I would do a good job at being a sales rep. They were impressed and so I said yes to having the job for the summer. I have enjoyed it and think that other people would to. Plus I made a lot of money.
