I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AppsFlyer (London, England) in Jul 2020
Interview
Screening interview was great. Really nice and informative conversation that went a bit over the set time of 15min. 2nd interview was with 2 guys (Senior Director and MD) which was scheduled for 45min. I thought it was strange and not very fair not to leave time for questions (maybe because they had already made up their minds). I took the liberty to ask a couple of questions anyway which I felt they weren't happy about. Right from the beginning I didn't have a very good feeling about this interview, so I am not surprised they haven't moved forward. A day after my interview though someone at Appsflyer has shared the position again as a post which I believed meant they weren't moving forward which upset me not having received any feedback yet. When I did finally received an email (bit more than a week later) saying that they will not move forward I kindly asked for detailed feedback which they weren't nice enough to provide. I have chosen neutral because I don't think it's a negative experience when a company doesn't move ahead. I believe that the company also isn't the right fit for me, not just the other way around. Sometimes you click with people and sometimes you don't.

Thank you so much for your feedback, it's through your candour we improve as a company and we apologize for not giving you the same opportunity to learn from our feedback. We will take this on-board in the process moving forward to ensure we remain as transparent as possible.
