I had one phone interview and one on-site interview with the same Manager Interview was personal and concerned basically on how you think rather then coding itself. The interviewer said that it is most important to him and technology can be learnt on the way. Then with dis honest decision I failed because lack of technology knowledge even that other parts of the interview were perfect.
