It took 8 weeks for their team to respond to my application and when they did, it was a generic email asking me to complete an assignment outlining an entire GTM strategy.
This was before I spoke to anyone from their recruiting team, marketing team, or any human for that matter. The assignment is not compensated for. It's also not timeboxed.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at ApplyBoard (Toronto, ON) in May 2023

The interview process included the following: 1. Interview with the recruiter 2. Interview with the hiring manager 3. Take-home assessment assignment 4. Panel interview 5. Interview with the director The recruitment team made me feel extremely comfortable. They made sure I stay updated and answered all my questions about the role and the team
