Ridiculous. They wanted me to sit in a 2 hour meeting and ask questions for them. The meeting was on their current processes and procedures. I wasn't about to provide them with my ideas until I was hired.

Didn't ask any out of the ordinary questions. They were desperate to fill the position it seemed. (and that was made more evident once I was hired)
