Interview
The process was very quick for me. I got a call from the son of the Founder which was kinda cool. Then When I got there for the interview I was bombarded by questions in a conference room from 6 different people almost all at the same time. This was out of the ordinary for an interview in my experiences. However, it showed their commitment to making sure they hired the right man for the job.I was then hired and I asked them about many things via email before my first day and they responded very quickly and were very helpful.

The questions weren't necessarily difficult, however the way in which they expected me to respond in full detail was difficult. The questions they asked were very specific to job I would be hired for.
