Regular phone conversation.
I had 3 interviews, all people who said were responsible for the hiring process but had no decision power.
One actually wrote I would go to a next round to later not even respond to e-mails
It feels like a place which likes talking to candidates and then ghost after that.... the applications stay under consideration for months.

Interview
I only had one interview. I met with the hiring manager. She was very straight to the point and asked very technical questions relating to their day-to-day. Since I was looking to make a lateral move, the strong focus on hitting the ground running resulted in me not moving to the next level.

Good questions,more in basics and projects worked upon ,select able candidates.One should be confident and say no if he doesn't know the thing.Be strong in your basics,learn what you have done so far and crack the interview
