Interview
2 interviewers. First, they talked and explained about the company and detailed more about the specific job. Second, they asked to explain what is my responsibility in the current job, what were my difficulties regarding to work and how I handled with them. After, they ask some professional questions and they finished the interview with explaining how the process will continued.

Interview
Small presentation and explanation about the company. Sitting in a group, and given about one hour to answer a questionnaire with the questions I submitted here. This written test served as a basis for the 1:1 interview after it.
