Interview
I applied on a recuritment conference hold by My university. about 1 week later got the phone call to test my oral english and chat for some basic information, then the HR told me he will send a link to my mail and i have to open the link to do some IQ test online, it will have a time limit. I did so and then about 2 weeks later i was called to have face to face interview, first was HR, and if pass will be recommanded to Hiring managers directly. then go back to wait for offer call.

Question 1
no difficult question for NCG. just what did you do at campus and normal HR questions
First round—jod description explanation follwed by some behavioral questions. Then a couple of technical question, not in detail, just superficial ones.
Second round - very technical with in-depth questioning on process development and techniques.
PhD work summary and instruments skill set check knowledge and some case questions and intern experience and behavior questions about how to work as teams and how to commute with colleagues and some random questions
