I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Applied Defense Solutions
Interview
I applied through the website. Recruiter reached out the next business day asking me to pick a time for my in-person interview and to call to do a security prescreen. Overall process was short and quick (3 business days).

Interview
3 round interview. It first took place with about a 30 minute phone call. Next round was an hour long video interview (or in person interview). Last, for software engineers there's a programming challenge so they can view your source code.
Interviewers were very nice and friendly and made candidate feel relaxed.

Describe the pros and cons on how you view an agile development setting.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Applied Defense Solutions (Colorado Springs, CO) in Sep 2017
Interview
Application process is merely sending your resume to an email address with the job number and your salary requirements. There is no online application program and zero response for application receipt. Took 30 days to get a response acknowledging the company did receive the message. The message came with an apology. The next message asked for a short notice security pre-screen. Basic security clearance questions from a security manager one would expect for the level being offered. If you have traveled outside of the U.S. it would help to have this information on hand for the pre-screen. Another week went by and received a short message saying they were pursuing other candidates. Overall, the communication experience was less than desirable from a professional standpoint.
