I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Applebee's (Willoughby, OH) in Feb 2014
Interview
My interview process for Appebee's was done when I was 16 years old. It was my very first job, and I would say if this is your first job to go for it! The interview process is not extremely difficult, I just stressed that I was a very friendly person. I ended up loving the job and working there for two years, and I actually am a very friendly and outgoing person. If you are not nice or willing to work with people, then the back of the house is probably the job for you.
This was a pretty easy interview process. I was asked if I had ever dealt with difficult people and to say what was my motivation for wanting to work at Applebees. It was overall very chill and I enjoyed it.
Was a simple interview and was offered a job afterwards. The manager was kind. It was easy to apply and find an interview time. I was trained shortly after and got paid for the training.
The interview process was fairly straightforward and I felt that the interviewer did what they were supposed to but the focus seemed on like what corporate wants unfortunately. The experience was fine overall though.
