Interview
I was asked about multiple object oriented programming problems. I had another interview in English. I also had a technical live programming interview. The process was easy for me, but pretty long.

Question 1
I was asked about my age, previous work experience, if I lived alone and so on. Mostly questions regarding my personal experience. After that I was asked about which trainee program I'd like to enter. However I had to decline since I already had another job offer and this job took too much weekly time (Around 50 hours)

The Hr asked technical questions that could the asked in the technical interview, he was a junior interviewing for a senior , the tech lead was arrogant and asked questions weren’t related to the role , a lot of Hr weren’t prepared , technical team arrogant and not prepared too , change rh people and hire good candidate and pay competitive salaries because right now they Pay below market , just another typical outsourcing company
