recruiter reached out to me via linkedin. interview w/ recruiter - easy just to make sure roles/expectations align. one note is that when i asked about compensation, not much of an answer and was told to wait until spoke w/ hiring manager. hiring manager - very good interview. mix of past experiences and problem solving strategies. Was then asked to come in for a 4 hour in person interview. No flexibility on timing... I was not willing to use a day of PTO for a prospective new job when almost everyone else in the market still allowing remote interviews.
