The first step was a phone screening that went fairly well and was basically just to go over my experience, then the next step was to set up an in-person interview.
Although at first it may seem intimidating, the interview process is thorough and quick. They brought me in to first interview one on one with four members of the finance team and if I received good feedback, then I would interview with someone in higher management. This made the process much more seamless because I wasn't sitting around waiting for weeks for the company to get back to me. That same week I had a followup conversation with another executive and then shortly thereafter received an offer.
Overall the people interviewing really reflecting the culture of the company and it was more along the lines of having a conversation to better get to know the company and speak about my experience as well as the experience of the interviewer. They were super nice and easy to get along with!
