Phone call followed by live coding session where you share and record your screen. My interviewer left half way through to go interview someone else and told me to keep coding while my screen is being recorded. They never contacted me again. They told me they hire really elite people and that some engineers do the work of 10 people there. I thought that was code for poor work life balance so I was totally ok with failing the interview.
