Applied through campus hiring, and the trader got back in 2 weeks for an interview. The interview was only 15mins but very technical. The company seems to be one of the best prop shops you can get out there. Below are some very interesting questions I was asked. Waiting on the results.

How would you make money from a hurricane in Louisiana?
Tell me what happened in the market during the past 2 weeks?
If you had $1MM and made 20% in a year, what do you do with the profit?
Relentlessly challenging interview with rapid fire questions, minimal feedback, and high expectations throughout, testing preparation, composure, and depth of knowledge from start to finish. Intense, demanding interview marked by probing questions, limited guidance, and constant pressure, pushing analytical thinking and communication skills to their limits.

Applied on job board. Required a stock pitch that included both bull and bear case of chosen stock. Recieved email in 1 week with invitation for phone screening call with actual trader from the firm. Problem solving/technical questions mostly, nothing behavioral. The interviewer was helpful in creating relevant scenarios. Next step was a virtual video call with other members of the team.
