Aperia Solutions SQL Developer interview questions

First there was a phone interview where I was asked about experience, education, and a few technical questions. A few days later, I was asked to visit their office. I had a conversation with the CEO, my potential supervisor, and some people from a project group. They didn't contact me after the whole process with their decision, which I don't find very personable.
