Aparium Hotel Group interview questions

First, a short phone interview with a hiring manager, followed by an in person on site interview with three managers in the food and beverage department and introduction to HR

I interviewed with multiple senior leaders from the corporate office. Throughout the process, they failed to follow through with committed timelines, would not respond to multiple contact attempts, promised things that were simply not accurate, and completely misguided me through the entire process. After multiple attempts for updates, I simply stopped trying. They never closed the loop, and just stopped communicating. This was after months of communication with multiple levels of leadership. Either they are complete frauds, or one hand doesn't know what the other is doing, and so can't provide realistic expectations of the hiring process. It was extremely discouraging, but told me everything I need to know about the company. I'm grateful I don't have to work for them, as they clearly don't value or respect people.
