Very long interview process (3 months), after which I had to ask for any feedback or decision. I got an information that manager is on vacation and could probably be interested in giving me an offer. After 2 weeks I asked again about the feedback and the recruiter said, that the feedback was given, so they do not know what more to tell me. The most unprofessional process I had.
