It was very smooth , there were only 2 rounds. Very much organized and fast process. The HR was very polite. They had given the feedback right after the interview so not much delay.

The interviewers and recruiters of the organization themselves don't know the interview process. They will take the interview, confirm you are select and can start serving your notice period and next day will call and say they won't make you an offer. It just helped me to decide I don't want to be the part of such an organization when they asked for one more interview to finally make a decision. Glad it saved me from becoming a member. The experience as a candidate itself was worst and enough. They even ain't able to solve their situation internally about who gets to select the candidate to make a final offer.
