Phone call and then an In-person interview They ask questions about if you know your KPI, Clubs USPs, and Sales experience. They take you around the club and show what they have. You meet with the club manger, Regional manger and the Owner.

Previous sales exsrpience and if I had met targets in the past.
Basic, to the point, not stressful because the person had a set list and didn’t venture out further from that. Lasted 5 minutes tops or less. Very easy from get go

Interview
It was easy. They just asked about my availability, where do I see myself in 5 years, and to tell them about myself. I was also asked how weird do I think I am on a scale from 1-10, but I guess she was just trying to be funny.
