Two rounds of interviews. 1) Brought into regional headquarters and interviewed with regional VP. 2) Interviewed with gym manager. There was also a phone screening. Interview was very conversational. Basic interview questions were asked with nothing alarming.

The interview process I went through was pretty laid back, quick and painless. I started working within a couple of days. The interviewer was very nice and we got along well.
