1st Round: Phone Screen w/ Recruiter 2nd/3rd Round: In Person with Department Lead and COO and HR. Questions were general in scope, but having a background in finance is helpful but not required. They described extensive training to be provided on proprietary systems. They reviewed benefits at the end of the HR interview and they seemed industry-competitive.
