They had an individual application form. I was emailed directly from the CEO to set up my interview. i was given 2 weeks notice for the interview. The CEO informed me there would be 2 people at the interview, there was 3 people when they logged in to the teams meeting. They where 10 minuets late to the interview and informed me that they had been interviewing all day and needed a break and that was why they where late, They did not ask any normal interview questions and started with tricky questions about the company straight away, The interview lasted 20 minutes and felt very rushed and cold.
