      Entrepreneur In Residence Interview

      Oct 10, 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Antler (London, England) in Sep 2025

      Interview

Felt more like they were going through a list of stock questions for a job interview or an idea stage business, even though they said that lots of people coming into the program had already built teams and were post-product/post-revenue. Very odd experience considering we are also pitching to other VCs. Didn't really feel like it was talking to an investor.

      Question 1

How do you know that people would pay for this

      Entrepreneur In Residence Interview

      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

      I interviewed at Antler

      Interview

The interviewer asked mostly about my hobbies, biggest achievements outside of work, and the biggest risks I've taken (again, non-work related). We didn't spend any time discussing startups, technology or what I've achieved.

      Question 1

What's the biggest risk taken outside of work.

      Entrepreneur In Residence Interview

      Aug 22, 2024
      Anonymous employee
      Stockholm, Stockholm
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Antler (Stockholm, Stockholm)

      Interview

I first had an initial call with one of their more junior members where they asked me generic questions about why I'd like to start a company. That was followed by a call with one of their partners where we discussed more in detail how I'd go about building an initial product.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Why do you want to start a company? Why raise with VC? Do you have an idea, if so explain more? Are you committed to your idea? How would you evaluate whether your product/solution is good enough?
