The interview process consists of 3 rounds, including the preparation of two lengthy assignments, which took nearly my two weeks to complete and giving interviews. If the interviewer is unsure after the first round or the company doesn't have the budget for the position, then you should inform the candidate right away after the 1st round of interview instead of wasting candidate's valuable time on lengthy assignments, only to later say that the position is on hold. PLEASE BE- AWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND KINDLY NEVER JOIN.. Giving interviews here is just a waste of time.
