Easy, quick process! But like other interviewers for other roles, the take home assignment has the biggest dropoff. For product marketing, you have 3 assignments and the hiring manager wants you to come up with a unique product narrative, sales battle card, and a pitch deck. But doesn't want you to spend more than 2 hours on all of this... I spent 2 hours on it and then got a rejection. Obviously I didn't do my best work in 2 hours. It would've been better for her to remove the time guidelines and just say that she wants great output, spend as much time as you want. Maybe this is just the company culture
