Antal International interview questions

Me llamaron durante las vacaciones, me dijeron que serían 5 minutos y me tuvieron 35 minutos haciéndome preguntas. Me dijeron que el perfil les había gustado pero que querían "verme la cara" así que me citaron para una video llamada, también durante mis vacaciones y con problemas de conexión como les dije, pero no quisieron esperar tres días. Hice la video llamada y me preguntaron otra vez lo mismo. Me dijeron que en tres días me dirían algo. No solo no fue así, sino que escribí al headhunter para preguntar por el proceso y no me respondió. Unas semanas después vi otra posición publicada por él, le escribí para preguntar y tampoco me respondió. Sus iniciales son JML y le gustar publicar en Linkedin lo buen recruiter que és; pero no puede serlo cuando no dedica ni dos minutos a enviar un mail a un candidato al que ha robado tiempo en sus vacaciones.

I was interviewed for a Business Development role. I had 2 conversations on the phone before arriving for a fac2 to face interview. The role and other details were explained well, the office location and a calendar was shared in advance and the follow up was well in place. Interview was detailed, a separate sales round and a technical round. The office really looked great, the vibe, people seemed all friendly and professional. On arrival, HR made me comfortable and the interviewer seemed friendly to an extent that I did not feel it was a formal interview. Overall it was a great experience, interview was a combination of questions that revolved around Task orientation, need for money, Motivation in life and Industry knowledge and their expectations along with some situational questions. I was also given the feedback within 24 hrs.
