Applied on Friday and was sent an email the following Monday for a phone interview. Interview was pretty easy. I had worked with the company previously so not many questions were asked to me. About 5 minutes into the interview the recruiter said she would be sending be an offer letter. Hourly plus commission and $2000 sign on bonus. Wfh position. There is not a second interview and no assessment test needed. Drug screen and background check before starting.

Very quick, just wanted to be sure I was able to "walk the line." Interviewer said all she cared was that I was able to see that things aren't black and white in sales and that you must live in the gray area and be a little shady to make money.
