Interview
Had the initial phone call asking the usual standard questions and to setup an online interview, was a nice female who was positive and friendly.
The first online interview lasted about 45 mins with a young male who was great. Made me feel at ease and very informal, gave me the impression it would be a nice place to work.
The second online interview couldn’t have been more different. Felt intimidated and uneasy by the male, not friendly at all. Lasted 1 hour and 15 mins which included a chat with the director at the end (this seemed totally pointless in all honesty). Taken through a skills/knowledge test about recruitment which was easy enough if you know the process etc. Interviewer had a horrible manner, even asking if I had any friends in a strange tone. Not sure what that has to do with it? Added to all this I was advised I would hear back within 2/3 days. Strangely enough I never heard back which is funny as they go on about how they differ from other companies and value their employees etc!! To get so far down the line and get nothing back after 3 different stages talking to 4 different people is very poor. Luckily I received my preferred job but just a warning to anyone applying, especially that male.
