I was called in for a phone interview with Anresco. The HR person who called was nice and answered my questions thoroughly. However, their job description said experience is preferred, HR told me it was required which is deceiving for many potential candidates especially for entry level. Also the advertised pay for this opportunity was really low, barely above minimum wage, for a position that required experience.
Hiring process can be very fast since they are a small company. However, I declined the offer to move forward because the pay was too low compared to the same position at other companies.
Straight forward on site interview. Trial day 1. Learn the process and what they do off the back. Small facility, but nice staff. Family owned, a lot of different labs.
