The interview focused on understanding the background of my current experience. I was also asked to share the challenges I’ve faced in my current role and what I hope to achieve if I were to join SG Activa Media. Additionally, I was asked to submit my portfolio to help determine if I was suitable for the position. The entire process seemed challenging at first, but after joining the company, I gained a clearer understanding of the requirements and why they were necessary.
