I was called in for f2f interview - having 2 different meetings with people from 2 different departments. It felt like neither knew anything about me, and just asked generic questions for 20mins. Finally was told the person I should be speaking with was away and not back for another week.

What experience do you have in account management - give examples of clients
Met a business director and talked about the project. Very informal and they want to look for people who they like so you have to fit in. You might go through their recruiter manager first so just be cheerful. Interview is around 45 minutes.

Interview
Had a rapid fire interview where a range of the people I may have worked with. They all quizzes me on different things and ensured that I knew how anomaly was different to other agencies and looked at why I was in the comms business and advertising as a whole.
