The hiring and interview process was definitely one of the better experiences I've had! Everyone was very forthright and honest about the company, position, benefits, etc. They also had a very nice and professional office and everyone there seemed happy to be at work.
The interviews themselves were a mixture of behavioral questions (tell me about a time when) and just general conversation. It was a really nice mix.
The only thing that turned me off was the salary and benefits negotiations. I had a better offer on the table elsewhere and Annex didn't improve the initial offer much, and when one part was improved (salary), another was lessened (bonus %). So a less competitive offer combined with a wonky way of adjusting the overall offer during negotiations left me to decline the position.
