Ankrom Moisan Architects interview questions

I was invited to a phone screen after applying. The email subject line was “Request to Phone Screen.” In the email itself, they asked to “schedule a brief 30-minute phone conversation.” We ended up scheduling for the following morning and I received the invitation at 4:30pm for 9am the following day. The title of the meeting was “Ankrom Moison Discussion.” The next morning I was waiting for a call. After a few minutes past 9am I saw in the meeting invitation there was a Teams link. I was not prepared for a video call as I had no other meetings scheduled that day, and quickly joined feeling ill prepared. I let them know I believed it would be a phone conversation and why, then as they were wrapping up the call they said they’d let me know either way in the next few days. It’s been a few weeks and I’ve never heard back. Overall a very messy experience I did not enjoy, especially as someone who does recruiting myself.
