I have passed tech task and 2 interviews stages, but the last one was ... strange. Very strange interview process with very few professional questions and I have been to various tech interviews.... I was asked to read an article before our call to discuss it on interview, but the hiring team didn't even ask me a single question about it. I wasted a lot of my time. During our talk they suddenly started speaking native language, which was very unprofessional. It looked like they have no idea of what they are doing or they had a sudden change of heart on me.
